Because customs policies and logistics channels vary by country, complete bike orders are shipped in two different ways:
● The bike arrives 90% pre-assembled.
● You’ll only need to attach the handlebar, seatpost & saddle, front wheel, and pedals.
● Assembly is straightforward, and we include the necessary tools and instructions.
Please note that due to the special nature of a complete bike, the shipping timeline for frames or wheelsets does NOT apply to complete bike orders.
Once we receive your order, we need to either assemble the bike ourselves or arrange for all components to be delivered to our partnered assembly facility. For this reason, the estimated delivery time is around 25 to 35 days.
